Who can see your data
DATA DIVERSITY PTY LTD · ABN 44 672 313 307. Plain answers, audience by audience.
Who can view my profile?
Only signed-in employers and recruiters. There is no public view — someone browsing the internet, or even signed in as another candidate, cannot find you.
What they see is your professional story: your headline, skills, experience, industries and expectations. They do not see your email address, phone number or ABN — those stay hidden until an employer pays to reveal them, and you are notified every time that happens.
If you hide your profile, nobody can find you in search at all. Hiding is one switch on your profile, takes effect immediately, and is reversible.
Can a recruiter's client see me?
Sometimes a recruitment agency using Envesha will show a shortlist to the company they are hiring for. That happens through a private, expiring link showing only the candidates the recruiter chose — and it shows less than the recruiter sees: your first name and last initial, your skills and work story. Never your full name, and never any contact details.
The client cannot browse anyone else, and the link stops working after a fortnight.
Who can contact me?
Messages about your profile — interview invitations, outcomes, requests to complete missing details — come from Envesha, not directly from employers, and every email carries a working unsubscribe link.
An employer can only contact you directly after paying to reveal your details, and each reveal is recorded and shown to you. Withdrawing your consent stops your details being releasable at all.
Will I know who has seen my details?
Yes. Every release of your contact details names the company and the date, you are notified when it happens, and the full list is always available in your privacy settings.
Does the Envesha team see my data?
A small number of our staff can access records to verify identities, fix problems and answer support requests. Every access of that kind is logged against the person who made it, and the log is retained.
What services help us run Envesha?
Like every online service, we rely on a small number of specialist providers. We name the kind of service and where it operates, and our contracts with each cover data residency and prohibit training on or unrelated use of what we send. Email and document storage run on Google's infrastructure under Google's standard terms — protected by the same encryption and independently certified security controls Google provides to organisations worldwide.

| Document storage for uploaded CVs | The CV file itself, held so you and our team can refer back to the original. | Outside Australia |
| A payments providerNot in use | Employer billing details only. No candidate information reaches it. | Outside Australia |
Where a provider operates outside Australia, we remain accountable under Australian Privacy Principle 8 for what happens to information we disclose to it.
