We extract your skills, roles, seniority and projects, map them to the AI taxonomy, and show you everything for confirmation. Nothing is published until you confirm it, and parsing errors never block you.

Day rate or salary, availability, and work-rights status. CVs almost never state them, and they are exactly what employers filter on — so we always ask rather than guess.

Roles come to you, with reasons

Ranked against your skills, seniority, rate and availability. Every card shows what matched, what we inferred from adjacent experience, and where the gaps are.

Apply in one tap

Your profile goes as-is. No re-entry, at most one screening question. Then watch the status — submitted, viewed, shortlisted, contacted — each timestamped.

What we will never do

Your contact details stay hidden

Employers see your profile, your skills and your match score. They cannot see your email or phone until they spend a reveal credit — and you are notified every single time, with a permanent record you can read on your privacy page.

Protected attributes are never used

Age, sex, race, disability and religion are not collected, not stored on your profile, and not available to the ranking code. Employers cannot filter on them; attempts are blocked and recorded.

You can switch the AI off

Opt out of automated matching entirely. Your profile stays searchable, existing rankings are deleted, and you can still browse and apply to every open role.

You can take your data and leave

Download everything we hold as JSON, or delete your account outright. Deletion removes your profile, applications and matches.
